INTENSITY TEST

2. Different products may request different loading standard; the test can be adjusted per different standards customer requests.

 

CHEMICAL LIQUID TESTING

Check the concentration, Ph value and consistency of chemical liquid

Check the purity of chemical liquid to avoid contamination or additive inconsistency.
For the chemical check, we need to maintain the temperature of chemical potion which needs to be monitored during plating.

 

SALT SPRAY TEST

Further information:
1. QC will randomly select parts from mass production to perform salt spray test.
2. The purpose of this test is to simulate the moisture environment and the time period parts can resist under the environment.

 

THICKNESS TESTING

Further information :
1.The purpose of this test is to ensure the thickness meets customer's request after powder coating.

 

HARDNESS TESTING

Further information:
1.QC will inspect the paint hardness after powder coating
2. This test is to ensure the finished surface is hard enough and will not be easily peeled off or break. will inspect item's hardness after powder coating.

 

ADHESION TEST
Further information:
1.This test is to be performed after powder coating.
2. QC will inspect the goods at random to ensure the paint is adhered on the part surface and will not come loose or break test is tested after powder coating.

 

CHROMA ABERRATION

1.This test is performed after powder coating.
2. The purpose of this test is to ensure the color consistency and make sure there's no visual or statistic color difference. his test is performed after powder coating.

 

Chair Back Fatigue Testing
